The vision of Morriston Baptist Church (MBC) is to “Lead People into a Growing Relationship with Christ.” This vision is fulfilled through their mission to “Connect to God, Connect to others, and Connect Others to God.” Both their mission and vision are fueled by their purpose—to “Make Disciples”.
MBC is dedicated to being a safe and loving environment for families to gather each week for worship and to be equipped to be sent out as God’s invitation to the world to join Him and His family. MBC is a conservative congregation who believes the Bible is totally true and trustworthy and without error. They seek to take the gospel of Christ throughout the world. Pastor Don Meadows is committed to preaching the Word of God with passion and grace without compromise. Their music is a blend of traditional hymns and new songs each week. They have Connect Groups (SS) for all ages which begin at 9 am and worship at 10:30 am each Sunday morning. Their Wednesday night meal begins at 5:45 pm followed by Bible study for all ages at 6:30 pm.
Their men's and women’s ministries are very strong as is their ministry to families. All of their volunteers for youth and children are background checked and the facilities are safe and well maintained. They are active in the community with ministries such as:
