This course is held inside the church and focuses on behavior-based responses for Armed Protectors, including decision making in and around crowds during an active threat. Training guns and holsters will be provided and utilized during the training (no live weapons).  This is "dry practice" non-live fire class, and all skill levels are welcome.  We will discuss realistic responses along with explaining the difference between range safety and real-life safety.

Starting Tuesday September, 16th, our weekly Disaster Relief Ham Radio 2m Net will meet at a new time: 9:00 p.m Eastern We are now operating on the KA4WJA repeater on 146.970 MHz. This new time will allow net members who attend The Silver Springs Radio Club to be able to participate on club meeting nights.
